Nancy Mundy has been with UPMC Western Psychiatric Hospital for more than 15 years as the Education and Consultative Services Office Coordinator. Nancy’s key role in the department is to facilitate general department operations and conference planning to include registrations, continuing education credit and on-site support for annual conferences coordinated by the department, webcasts, archived webcasts, and ECT Visiting Fellowship programs.
Delphine Giles has been the Data Coordinator for Education and Consultative Services since 2003. She maintains the database and works to ensure that all the basic and child case management, conference registration, checks/credit card payments and certificates are current and processed. Delphine ensures that all course information is completed in the database so that proper accreditation credits can be issued and prepares monthly reports for fiscal purposes. Delphine also manages the Child and Basic Case Management training and certificate program.
Erin M. Rodgers, BS, began working at Education and Consultative Services (ECS) in January of 2019 as an Assistant Research Coordinator. Erin’s primary responsibility includes helping course directors from UPMC and outside agencies obtain continuing education accreditations for their programs that ECS is not managing. This entails obtaining a significant amount of information to ensure that ECS is following the mandates dictated by the accreditation bodies.
